Just so you know... the terms and conditions apply to (Echo Verde) and any other domain names operated on the web site, unless different terms are specified in a form or contract provided to you online or off-line.

Privacy policy

What information do we collect, and why?
When you shop at Echo Verde, there are different ways we gather information about you:

We ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details. We will never ask for your Credit Card Number, all of our orders are processed by an external secure processor.

We keep a record of this information so that we can recognize you as a registered customer and fulfill the orders you place with us.

We keep a record of your purchases with us; this means we can send you the most relevant offers. It also means we can deal a lot quicker with any problems you may experience with your order.

We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us keep track of any problems or concerns you have had with our products or services.

The information collected about you will not be shared with any third parties and is stored indefinitely for product and service development, directing marketing and marketing analysis.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using encryption within our database.

Cancellation, returns and refunds


You can cancel an order within a 7 day period. 7 days start the day after the day you receive your products. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 day post-delivery period has expired. Please note that we must receive the returned products 7 days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you if you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day period. We can only accept returns of products which are unused and in an "as new" condition. On receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund of the cost of the item minus the cost of postage to you. You must pay to return the item to us.

If you receive items that you did not order or if items received are faulty, then you can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods and we will give you a full refund of the total amount you paid to receive and return the order providing that you have not breached your statutory duty to retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them.

How to return products to us

Before returning the products contact us at or 1+ 787-756-8163 to let us know then pack the relevant products securely and enclose a letter clearly stating your name, the address used for delivery and your order number.

We will process your refund payment within 30 days and will refund you in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. We will notify you by email that the refund has been made.

Lost in transit?

Where goods are lost in transit, we will re-issue the order completely free of charge.

Complaints procedure

Please write to Customer Support at or call us at 1+ 787-756-8163 Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Details of after-sales service and guarantees

If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition or there is a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace your order completely free of charge. If the malfunction happens after 7 days returns period, you must contact the product manufacturer for their guarantee.

To pay or not to pay? Sales Tax is the question

We follow Puerto Rico Treasury Department rules regarding Sales & Consumption Tax. At the moment, the Treasury Department does not require to charge the Sales tax (IVU) for online sales. Postage and packing charges are standard rated.

Delivery costs and times

We deliver all our orders by UPS or the USPS. From time to time Special offers include free postage and packing. Legitimate promotional codes must be provided to qualify for free delivery. Charging for packing and postage allows us to provide good customer service and makes sure that you receive your order quickly and efficiently.

If for some reason we are unlikely to fulfill your order we will inform you within 5 working days of receiving your order.

If we are unable to deliver your order within agreed timeframes, then we will refund all money paid in relation to the order including postage and packing costs. The refund will be made as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.

For Pick-up in store orders you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to pick up your paid products. You can pick up your products after 24 hours of your order at Montemar Plaza Calle Calaf Esq. Federico Costas # 201 San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00918 Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. If for any reason you cannot pick up your purchased products within the 30 days period, contact us at or 1+ 787-756-8163 Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm before the period expires. Pick up orders are cancelled after 30 days and there is no refunds after cancellation.
